Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies such as local storage work the same way. They let a site remember your actions and preferences between visits, and can be used to measure how a site is used.
2. Our approach
We set only strictly necessary cookies until you tell us otherwise. Functional, analytics, performance and advertisement cookies run only after you give consent, in line with § 25 TTDSG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Refusing them has no effect on your ability to browse the site or contact us.
3. Categories we use
- Necessary · always active
Required for the site to function — page routing, security and your cookie preference itself. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional
Remember choices you make, such as the residences you have saved and your language preference.
- Analytics
Help us understand how the site is used, in aggregate and anonymously.
- Performance
Measure loading and rendering performance so we can improve the experience.
Used to deliver and measure advertising relevant to you. Not currently in use.
- Uncategorised
Cookies that are being classified and do not yet belong to a category.
4. Cookies currently set
seg-cookie-consent (necessary, local storage, persistent) — records your cookie choice so the banner is not shown again.
seg-saved-residences (functional, local storage, persistent) — remembers the residences you have saved. Stored only in your browser.
No analytics, performance or advertisement cookies are in use at present. If that changes, this page and the consent banner will be updated before they are set.
5. Third-party content
The map on our contact page is embedded from OpenStreetMap and is chosen specifically because it does not set cookies. Following a link to an external site, such as LinkedIn, Instagram or YouTube, takes you to a service with its own cookie practices.
6. Changing your choice
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which makes the consent banner reappear. Browsers also let you block or delete cookies generally; doing so may affect how some sites work.
For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
