These terms govern your use of the SeG Kapital website. By using the site you accept them. Separate written agreements govern any advisory mandate, brokerage instruction or transaction; where such an agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

These terms are governed by German law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
